Dr. Steven Christensen, DMD

I was born and raised in Tremonton, Utah, where life revolved around agriculture, family, sports, and faith. During college, I spent my summers working construction and later in the operating room at a local hospital—experiences that shaped both my work ethic and my interest in healthcare.

Somewhere along the way, my wife Abby stole my heart (not that it took much convincing), and she’s been by my side ever since as we’ve made our way across the country together.

We eventually landed in the Pacific Northwest, where I attended Oregon Health & Science University for dental school. After graduating, we moved to Louisiana, where I completed a General Practice Residency at LSU Health Shreveport School of Dentistry. Southern living quickly grew on us, so we stayed a little longer and relocated to LSU Health New Orleans School of Dentistry for my orthodontic residency.

Life has a way of bringing you back to where you’re meant to be, and for us, that meant returning to the Pacific Northwest. Today, Abby and I, along with our three children, love calling Oregon home—where we can be close to family, explore the outdoors, and enjoy everything this part of the country has to offer.
